We speak to Kitman and Head Physio Leigh Woodall, getting the dirt on the players!

So Leigh, you always seem to be the first one to the ground on matchdays - what time do you start?

I like to get here about 10.30, get everything ready so that when the players come, it's all sorted and ready for them.

What's it like to be a part of the dressing room, how is the atmosphere?

It's fantastic. The banter between the players and management is amazing, it's probably one of the best dressing rooms I've ever been in. Snapper and Hughsey are great managers to be alongside!

Out of all the current players, who is the tidiest, and who is the messiest?

Wow! I've got to say that Tyler Weir is the untidiest. He loves to throw his kit everywhere! The tidy one currently has to be Jamie Smith... after the game he folds his kit up for me!

You've taken on the physio role this season, what does that involve for you matchdays?

At the moment I have to do all the rubs, strap ins etc. for all the players... they have to come and see me to get it sorted.

We've recently advertised for an assistant physio to help out on matchdays. What would the role involve, and who would it be ideal for?

Ideally we're looking for someone who can do rubs pre-match, help out with the subs board and if they feel confident enough go out onto the pitch and do treatments if they're qualified. It'd be ideal for a second year university student. I don't mind helping someone learn the trade so long as they are eager to learn.

The idea was suggested to sell teamsheets and have a 'football card game', with profits going to the physio side of things, how important to you is it that the fans back these initiatives?

It's really important. It will help to buy equipment for treatments that can help the players stay fit and get them sorted out. If there's no fit players, there's no team for us to cheer on!

Thanks very much for your hard work at the club Leigh, and thanks for taking the time to speak to us.
