Backroom Staff Confirmed

Ash Vincent has moved quick to appoint an Assistant Manager, this is the shape of Marlon Walters.

Marlon who went through Wolves academy alongside Ash, has great knowledge of non league circles and the Midland Football League in particular.

Marlon previously played for Evesham, Redditch, Bedworth, Rushall, Hinckley United, Chasetown, Halesowen and Highgate United to name a few.

Marlon also brings a wealth of contacts in the local area and around Step 5.

Joining Marlon on the coaching staff is goalkeeping coach, Gary Baines.

Gary Baines has agreed to join the Club following a meeting last week, Gary comes highly recommended and carries a wealth of experience and qualifications including his UEFA B badge.

Gary started as a youth keeper with Lincoln City, who he is an avid supporter. Gary has played at non league level for Clubs around the Lincoln area such as Lincoln United.

In 2013, Gary became goalkeeper coach at Evesham United where one keeper he coached in Louis Barnfather made the Gibraltar national team, he then moved onto Cheltenham Town where he is Head of Academy Goalkeeping, where he coaches those from age 8 up to 18s, he also assists the First Team Coach.

Some of the goalkeepers he has coached include Ross Grimshaw (Yate town) and Lewis Clayton (currently playing in Sweden) from 15’s. Helping them gain scholarships at Cheltenham.

Gary is looking forward to working with Dan Jezeph and other keepers on the books at the Club and helping them to progress whilst with us.

Finally, joining the Club from new MFL Rivals, Racing Club Warwick is physio, Shannon Kincade.

Shannon works alongside Marlon outside of football and is known to both Ash and the players as she covered a couple of our games last season.
