Wayne, Mel and Charlotte who collectively last season won the "supporter of the season" award were keen to help out the club once again this season, continuing to be the first we all see as we go through the turnstiles, selling 50:50 halftime draw tickets, and programmes.

The Coopers have said "Our first preference for helping the club was to sponsor last year's club captain but when he eventually made his decision to move to pastures new, we decided to help the club in another way by asking the kitman to give us ideas of what he needed. He said they required a subs board so that's what we arranged."

Football Secretary Kev Preece has said "It's really good of the Coopers to support the team in this way, the Club had to return last seasons board to the National League and this left the Club needing one of its own, the Coopers decided to support the Club in a way where they could guarantee it would directly benefit the dressing room, and all the supporters, by being able to see the board"
