City travel to sixth-placed Coventry Sphinx on Saturday - come and show your support...

CITY will be looking to bounce back from the disappointment of our last-gasp defeat at the hands of Heanor Town on Wednesday evening as we travel to Coventry Sphinx on Saturday (kick-off 3.00pm).

The set-back brought to an end our four-game unbeaten run and also saw the controversial late dismissal of Mark Smith.
We head to a Coventry Sphinx side who sit sixth in the table, two places and seven points behind us.

They will be looking for their first win in five games as their challenge amongst the leading pack has faltered in recent weeks.

Their last game saw them share the spoils with Boldmere St. Michaels in a 2-2 draw, whilst they will be keen to make amends for the 5-1 defeat that they suffered against City back in October.

Sphinx have won nine of their 14 home League games this term.
Come and show your support! The game will be taking place at Sphinx Drive, Off Siddeley Avenue, Coventry CV3 1WA.

Our proud sponsors BETTING.NET are backing us as the strong favourites to win this one. For the latest football news and sporting previews, be sure to check them out...
