Just an update of what is happening at the moment concerning our great club Worcester City, it's been a hectic start, but things are coming together and everything has been positive, it's great to see fans with a smile on their faces.

Like what has been stated in the local press regarding directors duties, everybody is working towards their objectives and things are progressing nicely, you will all have the opportunity to ask any questions at our fans forum, which is being held after our game against Lye Town on the 22nd September in the Rousler Bar, starting from 5:00pm.

On the pitch, bit of a rocky start, but as the players are getting to know each other's strengths the results are beginning to come and speaking on behalf of the board, we are all pleased with the efforts being shown. It's great to see the young lads performing and the more experienced players playing there part in helping the young boys develop.
Something else to mention is the leadership during games is refreshing to see.

Sponsorship is very important and at the moment we have had an excellent response, but you can never have enough sponsorship so anybody reading this who has a business and would like to get involved please do so, packages start from as little as £60 including vat ! We are holding a club day on the 22nd September where all youth teams will be invited including two coaches all free of charge to our game against Lye Town. A lot of local teams have been informed of this , but if you know anybody who plays in a team, can you let them know this event is happening.

Volunteers are still needed, if you can help during games or help to arrange fundraising events, again we need you, so please get in touch, we will be holding a meeting shortly and this will be well advertised and anybody willing to help will be invited to attend.

Finally I must mention the attendances, the gates have been outstanding and with the team performing and the buzz around the ground I can only seeing it get better.
