City get nothing against Griff

Spurned chances lead to two late goals against Griff
City Reserves dominated possession against Nuneaton Griff but couldn't take their chances or make their possession dominance count.
After several chances went begging, 0 v 0 at HT wasn't really what City deserved.
However, Griff made changes at HT to firm up their midfield and when two of City's hard working incisive midfielders had to leave the field with 20 minutes to go, Griff took control and scored two well taken goals whilst City continued to spurn chances at the other end.
Dayus in goal was inspired and prevented two further goals so at 0 v 2 at FT it could have been worse.
City have to take chances against teams who won't stop running for 90 minutes and beyond and learn to keep a lead or even stay at 0 v 0 if the chances don't go in.
