City win well against Wyrley
By NIGEL UPSON
City score some lovely goals to come away with a win against Wyrley
City started well and showed their passing ability. Creating openings and looking a threat.
Hassan Shah opened the scoring on 20 minutes with a fine solo run past five players before slotting home.
As City began to take control, Shah finished off a lovely move for his and City's second after Riley Keasey found him in the box on 26 minutes.
Wyrley kept compact and worked hard and City needed to be slick to break them down.
Christos Gabriel added a third on 33 minutes, collecting the ball and firing home from 20 yards cleverly and when Jacob Keane added a fourth, tapping home at the far post on 39 minutes, City were well on top.
4.0 at HT.
Wyrley rallied and began to give City some headaches for 15 minutes of the second half. As they had no subs' it was testament to their players how hard they worked.
City however, always looked like adding to their tally and when Riley Keasey smashed a bending shot home from 18 yards for City's 5th on 79 minutes and then did it again with a thumping 20 yarder for City's 6th on 85 minutes, it was game over.
6.0 at FT.
Wyrley were determined and hard working and City had to work as a unit to get the win today. Well deserved and good team spirit shown by the lads again.
