City beat Bromsgrove in style
By Glenn Webby
City put on a dominant show in their first fixture at The Dell
City were completely dominant in this fixture and took control early on with great strikes from Joe Clarke and Matty Patrick-Rivers before Riley Keasey bagged a goal direct from a free kick to make it 3.0 and Milo Elmes did the same to make it 4.0 at HT.
Bromsgrove continued to work hard and have spells of possession and grabbed a consolation to make it 4.1. City continued their excellent fast paced incisive interplay in the second half though, scoring twice more through Milo Elmes with a great solo effort and another from Christos Gabriel rounding off a superb team move to make it 6.1 to the Home Team.
It was a fine display and a well deserved victory with 6 x 15 year olds on the pitch at the close as City continue its progression programme.
