By NIGEL UPSON
City take the points in top quality encounter.
City knew that had to be at their best to make the grade against RBJ.
The game started well for City and they deservedly took the lead when a great team move found Hassan Shah in the box and he made no mistake for 1.0 to the Home team.
RBJ then probbed and prodded until a fine goal got them back into it but at 1.1 City them played some lovely football and a superb move found Joe Clarke in the box and he fired home for 2.1 to City.
City continued with their hard working defensive display and another great move and cross found Clarke again and he headed home his second and City's third for 3.1 at HT.
RBJ showed their quality in the second half and their neat interplay was a real threat. City were hitting them on the break and after RBJ pulled it back to 2.3 to really make it nervy, City made it 4.2 when Joel Owusu turned his defender 20 yards out and smashed a wonderful shot home to seal the points for City.
This was a fine victory against a high quality RBJ side and City deserved it for their determination, football and adherence to to game plan.
