Introducing the Worcester City FC & Worcester City FC Supporters Trust Community Coaching Team.
Worcester City Football Club (WCFC) and the WCFC Supporters
Trust (ST) are very keen to invite our community to continue to be
a very welcome part of what is the biggest, oldest, and most
famous football club in the area.
To help make this happen, in 2021 the WCFC and the ST united in
this effort and agreed to create a Community Coaching Team
(CCT) to oversee events and opportunities aimed at involving our
community... be that as individuals, families, friends, businesses,
sponsors, teams, clubs, groups, and schools, etc.
Since being formed, the CCT has introduced several and very
popular schemes that include... Match Day Mascots, Match Ball
Mascots, and Match Day Birthday Party experiences. These were
specifically set up to give youngsters the chance of being a part of
the thrilling match day drama that surrounds a club of our standing.
Both WCFC and the ST realise that our community is from where we will draw our
greatest strength which is why we aim not just to be another football club
in the community... but to be a football club for our community!
The CCT has and will continue to put together other events and opportunities for folk to participate but we
would also welcome suggestions from those who may have community minded ideas of their own that
could involve the CCT.
CCT Volunteers
Our CCT staff are made up of volunteers over 16 years of age. There is no criteria as to ability, gender,
upper age limit, religion, or ethnicity. Coaches will be expected to attain and/or hold recognised FA

There are also opportunities for youngsters under the age of 16 to be involved as young leaders that
