Joining as First Team Coach is former City player, Jemiah Richards. Jemiah played for the Club during the 2008/2009 season, primarily as a striker or centre-half. He joins following coaching spells at Walsall Wood and Hednesford Town. Jemiah also works at Birmingham City FC Community Trust.

Another new face is Alfie Marsden, who joins as Sports Analyst. Alfie is a UCFB student and has been studying football coaching and management. Alfie worked alongside Keenen and Graham at Hednesford.
