Speaking on the signing, City manager Carl Heeley said, "Tyler is a great player, he's a down to earth lad and were extremely happy to have him onboard for the next campaign. He's a huge asset to the squad and were thankful that he's committed for 2016/17."

The City full-back and longest-serving player in the current squad has stated his happiness at renewing his contract, "The club stood by me throughout my ban and I'm hugely thankful for that" said Tyler. "The fans, management and squad have all been great to me and I want to re-pay their faith. I'm obviously over the moon about re-signing for Worcester City for next season. Onwards and upwards!"
