Ahead of today’s game at Spalding United, the club is delighted to announce the signing of versatile forward Charlie Lutz.

Charlie joins us from Cork City, following the conclusion of the League of Ireland season in November.

The 21-year-old Worcester-born forward began his career at Aston Villa, where he signed his first professional contract in 2023. He also enjoyed a loan spell at Kidderminster Harriers, making several late substitute appearances.

City supporters will recognise the Lutz name, as Charlie is the son of Steve Lutz, who made over 100 appearances for the club between 1997 and the 2000/01 season and played a part in lifting the Dr Martens Cup.
