Having spent last season at Kidderminster Harriers, narrowly missing out on promotion to the National League, Paul also has Hereford FC on his non-league CV, alongside a wealth of football league experience with West Bromwich Albion, Walsall, Blackburn Rovers, and Portsmouth.

Speaking on the signing of Paul, Manager Chris Cornes had to say: “Paul’s signing is a huge one for the Club and shows our intent with what we want to achieve this coming season.

“Having played the majority of his career in League Football, his experience will be invaluable to us.

“He is a local lad as well, so it ticked all of the boxes for us both when we spoke about coming to the Club.”
