Worcester City players and staff paid a visit to Worcester Royal Hopital Children's Ward this afternoon to help share some festive cheer.
Armed with sacks full of presents, the players and staff donned Santa hats and made their way around the ward meeting and greeting the children.
The players and staff took the time to individiually meet all of the patients, talking and giving gifts.
In attendance were Chekaine Steele, Tyler Weir, Kim Haynes, Leigh Woodall, Ethan Ross and Lee Hughes.
Kit-man, Leigh Woodall, who arranged the visit said, "We wanted to give something back to the community, and we felt it was only right to come in and visit. It was great to see the smiles on the kids faces.
"The players have all contributed to some gifts for the children and we have also gifted all of the kids on the ward a family ticket to attend a game in the new year."
Goal keeper, Ethan Ross said, "It's nice to give something back to the community. There's a few of us here today and we're enjoying ourselves. It's nice to see some smiling faces."
We would like to thank the staff at Worcester Royal Hospital for making it possible and for making all the players and staff so welcome.
