The Recruiting Co are a specialist recruitment business, headed-up by time served recruitment professionals Matt Heaton and James Smith, both Directors of the business. The Recruiting Co cover both Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, and their name will be familiar to regular attendees of fixtures at Claines Lane, after working alongside the club last season with pitchside advertising space.

Commenting on their commitment to the football club, The Recruiting Co’s founding Directors Matt Heaton and James Smith said: 'One of the key factors for us when starting up The Recruiting Co, was to be able to give back to our local community. When the opportunity arose for us to get behind Worcester City Football Club, it was a no-brainer, especially after the fantastic season the club had last year and all of the hard work that has gone on behind the scenes, as well as James having previously played for the club.'
