Three out of four Worcester City Youth sides made progress in their respective Worcestershire FA County Cup competitions with emphatic away victories.
Whilst the Under 14s were winning 8-0 at Ashton 88 Youth, the Under 15s eased past TDMS Knights 11-1. Hat-tricks for Orlando York and Fin Skidmore with the other goals coming from Charlie McNamara, Bora Sahingoz, Ethan Hill, Max Pinches and Mackenzie Bradder.
The Under 16s made the short trip to Worcester University where they beat Nunnery Wood Colts 5-0 with Lewis Corbett netting the goal of the game against his former side. Jesse Asomugha (2), Guy Collett and debutant Declan O'Shea also found the net.
In a busy few days for the Under 18s, their County Cup tie was sandwiched between two other fixtures as they played three matches in the space of four days. A Cole Evans effort wasn't enough as they exited the competition with a 1-2 loss against Stourport Swifts.
Pitch availability meant the Under 18s had to travel to Redditch United the night before their County Cup match for their tie in the Midland Floodlit Youth League Cup. Matt Hodson notched for City but the result went the way of the home side by the odd goal in three.
On Monday evening, it was back to league action as City produced a resilient performance with a trio of Under 16s getting valuable game time in a 0-3 defeat to Halesowen Town.
The Reserves will be disappointed not to have picked up more than a point from their Midland Football League clash versus Gresley Rovers - a result that leaves them just below halfway in the table. Callum Briggs was on the mark in a 1-1 draw.
In the Nerf Junior Premier League, the Under 9 Blues and Under 10s both met Pro Pathway and Stoke RTC were the opponents for the Under 9 Whites.
Both of City's Under 11 teams put in excellent displays as the Boys took on Oldbury Park Tigers and the Girls took to the pitch against Catshill.
As with Saturday's County Cup matches, there were three wins from the four games played by City's quartet of Under 13 teams.
A Harley Arnold brace and Owen Bourne earned the JPL side a 3-0 win at Oxford City.
There was a similar scoreline at half-time in the favour of City's Mercian League Boys at Kidderminster United Youth. Harry Davies, Oliver Guz, Reggie Perks and an own goal eventually secured a 4-2 victory.
Finally there was a win and a loss for our Under 13 Girls. Ruby Craythorne grabbed a hat-trick and there was a double from Indie Lannie as City Girls overcame Kingfisher 5-0.
The Lionesses produced a display full of pride and looked at one point that they could pull off a shock result as they went into the half-time break in front against league leaders Meadow Park - a side that hasn't lost a league fixture for two seasons. Unfortunately they were unable to hold onto the lead given them by Maisie Jackson as their hosts turned the tide after the break to win 4-1.
Finally, Meadow Park also provided the opposition for the Under 12 Whites who, without a JPL fixture, arranged a friendly which saw City beaten 0-2.
