Worcester City FC is delighted to confirm that WPA will continue as sponsors of our Community Coaching Team for the 2025/26 season. In addition, they will also become the club’s new Goal of the Month sponsor.
This continued support plays a key role in sustaining the club’s community efforts, helping to fund our team of volunteer coaches who deliver high-quality football training to young mascots on matchdays and in local schools. Their work helps ensure the next generation of footballers and fans are given the best possible start.
WPA is a not-for-profit private medical insurance provider, renowned for its values of transparency, inclusion, diversity and environmental responsibility. They are currently the only private medical insurance provider recommended by Which?, a testament to their high standards of customer service and ethics.

WPA’s sponsorship marks another important step in their commitment to community engagement, and we’re excited about the positive impact it will continue to have on both the club and local schools.
Formed in 2021 by Worcester City FC and the Supporters Trust, the Community Coaching Team (CCT) delivers events and initiatives aimed at engaging families, schools, local businesses, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
The CCT runs several popular initiatives, including the free Matchday Mascot Experience Scheme and dedicated support for Worcester Disability FC through free coaching and fundraising. The team also represents the club at community events such as the Worcester Show and WooFest Music Festival.
This year, the CCT plans to increase its outreach to local schools and continue promoting inclusive access to football for children of all abilities. Our FA-qualified volunteer coaches are supported by a group of young leaders under the age of 16 who assist with coaching and events.
We thank WPA for their ongoing support and look forward to another successful season working together to grow football in our community.
