All at WCFC are delighted to have the support of Yamazaki Mazak as our Back of Shirt Sponsor for the 2024/25 & 2025/26 seasons

All at Worcester City FC are delighted to announce a new partnership with Yamazaki Mazak, which will see them become our Back of Shirt Sponsor for the 2024/25 & 2025/26 seasons.

Mazak are a brand and a business known to many of our supporters, being one of the biggest employers in the local area, and all associated with the club are delighted to have their support for the next two seasons. Mazak’s logo will adorn the back of all playing shirts for the First Team, Reserves and Under 18’s sides, of each the Home, Away and Third strips for 2024/25 & 2025/26.

Commenting on the new partnership, Club Owner Simon Lancaster: ‘We are grateful to Mazak for their support of our club and we are very much looking forward to forming an exciting and growing partnership with one of the biggest companies and employers of people in Worcester, especially with many of these employees being City fans’.

Richard Smith, European Group Managing Director of Yamazaki Mazak, also commented: ‘As one of the major employers in the area, it is very important that Mazak supports the local community and its sporting institutions. Worcester City Football Club is a vital part of the community and supported by many of our employees. We are delighted to be the back of shirt sponsor for the next two seasons and look forward to cheering the team on to great success.'

Mazak's European Manufacturing plant in Worcester opened in June 1987 and was immediately recognised as the most advanced machine tool manufacturing plant in Europe. The factory has expanded three times since then and now offers over 29,000m, with over 700 employees. Serving all of Europe's markets, more than 80% of the machine tools built in Worcester are exported from the UK into Europe. More than 17,000 Mazak machines have been manufactured in Worcester and this number continues to grow every day.

Employees of Mazak will also be joining us throughout the season, including a Mazak sponsored home fixture, whilst also regularly attending other Matchday Hospitality events.

Finally, WCFC's Commercial Manager, Ryan Molloy adds: 'To have the commitment and support of Yamazaki Mazak, a name so recognisable with the people of Worcester, is fantastic for the football club. We look forward to working with Mazak throughout the next two campaigns and into the future'.
