All of the latest news

It’s been another action-packed weekend for our Worcester City Youth FC sides, with brilliant performances, hard-fought battles, and some memorable goals across the board. Here’s your full round-up from around the club:

U16s | Worcester City 4-2 Solihull
Our U16s signed off their youth football journey in style with a stunning 4-2 win over second-placed Solihull. A dominant display full of heart, quality, and determination – the perfect way to bow out. We are now stronger than ever.

U15s | Worcester City 2-1 Oxford City
Despite a tricky bobbly pitch, our U15s showed they had gears in reserve with a controlled 2-1 win over Oxford City. Still not quite at our best, but a professional performance to secure the points. We know there’s more to come – onwards.

U14 Girls Whites | Worcester City 4-0 Newtown Sports
Another superb showing from the U14 Girls Whites, who remain unbeaten this season after a convincing 4-0 win at home. Brilliant football in the first half set the tone.
Now all eyes are on next weekend’s cup final – bring it on.
Goals: Lexi (2), Keah, Izzy
GOTM:
• Lexi – Exceptional vision, movement, and a contender for goal of the season.
• Karolina – Rock solid at the back with driving runs that caused havoc.

U13 Girls | Worcester City 5-0 Redditch
A gritty and composed performance from our U13 Girls, who kept their heads despite a very physical challenge from Redditch. Pushed and pulled throughout, the girls stayed classy and played football the right way. Pure quality.

U14 JPL Whites | Worcester City 4-2 Solihull Whites
A passionate and high-intensity performance saw the U14 JPL Whites run out 4-2 winners over Solihull.
Superb saves from Joe, cracking team play, and great goals – this one had it all.
Player of the Match: Morgan – an all-round top performance capped by a stunning goal. Take a bow. Same again next week, lads.

U9 JPL | Worcester City 0-3 AFC Wulfrunians A
A harsh scoreline for the U9s, who created more chances and looked the more dangerous side throughout. Two late goals while chasing the game skewed the result, but the effort and attacking play were outstanding.
Player of the Match: Joshua – worked tirelessly and was relentless from start to finish.

U8 JPL | Worcester City 9-1 Kidderminster Harriers
Another week, another dominant performance from the U8 JPL boys. A 9-1 win keeps the unbeaten run going strong. The boys were pure class from the first whistle.

U8 Colts | Worcester City 2-2 Kewford (Cup)
The Colts drew 2-2 in a tense Cup encounter with Kewford. With one game remaining, the Colts cannot be caught in the table – next week will decide if they finish as joint or outright champions. A massive achievement either way.

Well done to all our teams for their continued effort, skill, and sportsmanship. Good luck to those heading into cup finals and league deciders – you’ve got this.
