A fine performance earns a well deserved win

City 's lads travelled to Henley in Arden to visit Solihull Moors and were in good spirit, with the great feel good factor that has been around the club since the famous first team win the FA cup last weekend
The pitch was in excellent condition at Warwickshire college and from the off the City lads set the tempo of the game and were passing the ball around with confidence and showing some great technical ability on the ball and intelligence off the ball with movement and runs and keeping their shape when defending led by skipper Dan Sutton.

It wasn't long before Worcester broke the deadlock with new striker Tom Williams working hard and out muscling the Solihull Central defenders and turning to slot a great shot past the moors keeper
0-1 .City
The game continued in the same vain with the City lads dominating the game and it wasn't long before Williams added to his tally with a very good individual goal again outpacing the moors defence and clipping a wonderful lob over the on rushing moors keeper 0-2 City
Moors rallied and grabbed a late goal through a fortunate decision by the referee giving a soft free kick that was drilled low and hard into the bottom corner 1-2 City
The game finished shortly after with the City lads earning a a great away win

Man of the match
