City fight back

Great game of football between two sides trying to play football the right way.

Worcester travelled to Alvechurch for a first meeting between the sides although we knew what to expect from the UEFA B coaching staff. Great football. So we had a test on our hands, which to our credit we met head on.

Having started slow the city boys soon clicked into gear and passed the ball nicely to level the scoring at half time.

Man of the match Oliver Piekarski contributing with 3 poacher like goals, combined with good pressing and nice movement Worcester finished the game off nicely.

It was pleasing to see the boys pull together again to win from a losing position.
