Match report by Kevin Brookes

This week the u11’s faced there toughest test of the season away at Kidderminster Harriers.

Q1.
On what can only be described as a horrendous pitch it was evident early on that Worcester’s normal passing game was going to very difficult to implement. Chances were few and far between with Worcester getting to grips with the playing surface. Kidderminster played the pitch well and got the ball from back to front very quickly without creating any clear cut chances.

Q2.
Worcester struggled to deal with the pitch and soon fell a goal behind from a corner, the game got very scrappy with some very disappointing challenges coming in from the home side.

Q3.
Worcester now sparked into life and started to get a hold of the game creating 2 very good opportunities to pull level but failed to hit the target. Kiddy hit Worcester on the break to further there lead just before the quarter finished.

Q4.
Once again Worcester were on top but again missed golden opportunities to score until big Tyrese pulled one back. Worcester were now on top and hit the bar through Henry off a good save from the kiddy gk however Worcester soon pulled level through Tyrese, the game was now Worcester’s for the taking and with the last kick of the game big Tyrese grabbed a late goal.

Gold - Tyrese
Silver - Josh F
Bronze - Jake

Another great display from Worcester showing great team spirit in very difficult conditions.
