Today we welcomed Oxford skills to Perdiswell.
Q1,
Both teams got off to a good start playing some good football but few chances were created in what was a tight first 20 mins.
Q2,
The game settled down and both teams played some fast flowing football however it was Oxford who made the break through with a good move down the right. Worcester responded well and created two very good chances but failed to hit the target on both occasions.
Q3,
Oxford made the more positive start and created some good opportunities but couldn’t find a way past the in-form Worcester keeper Zac. Worcester did counter attack on numerous occasions but today was not going to be the day for the Worcester strikers. Oxford added to the score line before the whistle ended the quarter.
Q4,
Worcester now went with two strikers and managed to pull a goal back through Hayden. However with Worcester pushing on they got punished with a couple of very good counter attacks.
Oxford are the best side Worcester have faced this season and we look forward to playing them in the future.
