Worcester City aims for the best for all of its players, trying to develop them in all aspects of football. Each team has a minimum of one level 2 coach who will take training sessions.

Worcester City FC U13s Girls play 11x1 in the Mercian Junior Football League Girls Division 1, matches will take place on Saturday mornings. Home games are at Perdiswell.
