CITY drew a blank in the Bank Holiday derby with Stourport Swifts at The Victoria Ground in front of 360 as the game ended in a 0-0 draw.
City got off to another bright start but were unable to get the breakthrough which wasn't helped by Jack Jeys having to limp off injured within six minutes.
Liam Lockett came close but was thwarted by Swifts keeper Dominic Richards at the near post with Luke English's follow up also being blocked. Jordan Harrison's effort on 23 minutes went the same way with his shot saved and English's goal-bound drive hacked off the line seconds later.
The best chance of the game for Swifts came early in the second half. First, Lewis Platt was put clean through but with only the City keeper to beat fired wide of the post. Minutes later Matt Fulloway's goal bound header from a corner was tipped onto the bar by City keeper Ted Cann who once again impressed.
City had three successive chances within the last few minutes. Tyreece Ruddock's near-post drive was parried away by the Swifts keeper who then blocked Harrison's follow up with his feet then Adam Osbourne, who had burst into the six-yard box was unable to finish from English's deep ball back into the back post.
It's two wins and a draw at home for City who have yet to concede at home in the League.
