City conceded another late goal at home and to a second home defeat out of four. The result leaves City without a win in four games at home replying heavily on three wins out of three on the road.
Fortune Maphosa and George Baker made their debuts and the contest was even throughout with the visitors slightly edging it on chances. There were few chances in the first half with Lucas Green-Birch forcing City keeper Brendon Bunn into tipping the ball over the bar on six minutes. Archie Muirhead had a good chance for City on 15 minutes only to be denied by Town keeper Ben Chapman.
Just before the break the visitors had a great opportunity from Ryan Campbell-Gordon which Bunn saved only for Danny Pugh to miss the rebound.
City put the ball in the goal on 74 minutes only to be denied by the offside flag & a minute later a Sanders free kick for the visitors was well saved by Bunn.
With the game looking to be heading for a draw the visitors broke forward from the left, kept possession well before Eric Graves was sent clear into the box, his cross from the right on the six yard line was then headed in by Lucas Green-Birch to take all three points.
