On Wednesday 26th July 2017, a 7 day request was issued by the Club to Coleshill Town in order for discussions to take place with Tom. On Friday 28th July, Coleshill Town waived the 7 days and so discussions took place with Tom.

Tom came through the youth ranks at Leamington before going on to have spells at Redditch United, Racing Club Warwick, Banbury United, Evesham United, Littleton and Rugby Town.

He joined Coleshill last season and made 30 appearances, helping the club finish second in the league and reach the semi-finals of the FA Vase.
