City lock horns with Bromsgrove Sporting on Tuesday evening...

THERE'S a mouth-watering encounter taking place on Tuesday evening as we take on landlords, Bromsgrove Sporting (kick-off 7.45pm).
Our opponents have lost just one of their 18 home League games so far this term and sit at the top of the table, some 11 points ahead of City having played one game more.
Both teams played out draws at the weekend as we were held at home by Rugby Town, whilst Sporting shared the spoils with Long Eaton United in a 2-2 draw.
It was honours even the last time we met as we played out an entertaining and dramatic 3-3 draw on Boxing Day.
"It's a massive game," said manager, John Snape. "We're looking forward to testing ourselves against the League leaders.
"You always want to beat the team at the top; it's going to be a hell for leather kind of game played in front of a large and vocal crowd.
"It's about what we do and making sure that we get our own house in order. We've got a few bumps and bruises but we're ready for it.
"We were disappointed to only pick up a point on Saturday. We scored a great goal to take the lead but then got caught out trying to overplay it and went in at the break level.
"We dominated in terms of possession after the break and whilst they looked dangerous on the break, we had chances to win it, but it was not to be and now we move on to the next one."
