City return to Victoria Ground to face Quorn.

The first of two games this week at the Victoria Ground for City has us take on Quorn AFC in the Total Motion MFL Prem on Wednesday night (7.45pm)

Last season when City faced Quorn, we celebrated a mega 8-0 victory which saw goals from Mark Danks x2, Josh Sarmento, Dave Reynolds, Brad Birch, James Baldwin, Kyonn Evans and Lee Hughes. The way fixture also proved fruitful for City, as we won 0-3, with Dave Reynolds x2 and Nick Turton on the scoresheet.

This season Quorn currently sit 13th with 7 points from 6 games, compared to City who after a fine run of 6 wins in a row, find themselves third with 19 points from 9 games.

Despite last seasons results and current positions in the table, It's fair to say the match will not be a walk in the park for the City boys, as they have won their last two competitive games 7-2 against Hampton, and 4-1 against Skegness - including a goal from former City favourite Sean Geddes, who now plies his trade for 'the fox hunters'

With City looking to keep the good run going, we're hoping to see a strong crowd cheer on the team as we have seen so often already this season. #KeepTheFaith
