"We look to Walsall Wood match & update on Perdiswell appeal"

Saturday 29th September we travel for the second time this season to the ML Safety Stadium, as we face Walsall Wood.

We last visited the Wood 6 weeks ago in the FA Cup where after forcing a replay at the Victoria Ground, which ended with City losing out on penalties. Since then, the boys in blue have found themselves in great form, unbeaten in the 10 games since (W7, D3), which has seen us rise up to 3rd in the table with 21 points from 11 games.

Walsall Wood have also had a strong start to the season, and find themselves in 6th place having played 9, picking up 17 points.

We hope to see as many City fans turn out to cheer on the lads at the ML Safety Stadium, as we look to extend our unbeaten run.

STATEMENT FROM CHAIRMAN STEVE GOODE on PERDISWELL APPEAL OUTCOME:

The supporters trust will be reviewing the inspectors report, the club and trust will then make a statement which will follow shortly. We as a club are happy and excited with the news, but it is just another step in the right direction to bring the city home. Keep the faith.
Steve
