Press and Media Policy – 2025/2026 Season

Press Releases

The Club will release all press releases with regards to player arrivals,
player departures, general news and Club statements.

Should quotes be obtained from the playing/coaching staff of the Club, whether on or off record, we ask that the Football Secretary is consulted
before press releases / stories are released on player arrivals or
departures to ensure that the information given is accurate and also to ensure all stories are released via all media outlets at an agreed time.

Any quotes or stories with regards to general news or Club statements please consult a Club Board Member.

Match Entry

To attend a home fixture during the 2025/2026 season, ALL press must request
to be placed onto the entry list and requests should be made in writing to the Football Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the kick off of the match.

Teamsheets

As per the rules of the Southern League, teamsheets should be submitted to the Match Officials by the deadline of 14:00 on Saturdays and 19:00 on Tuesdays.

Teamsheets will be circulated to all press as soon as is possible after
being completed, they will also be promoted on the big screen.
