With the Team playing in the FA Cup v Stone Old Alleynians due to the fixture change with Bromsgrove playing at home on Saturday - Club and WCFC Supporters Trust volunteers were in Gheluvelt Park at The Worcester Show in the Sports Zone - something we have organised since leaving St Georges Lane.

The purpose of the Sports Zone is to give local people the chance to try a new sport or activity with the potential then to actively participate throughout the year, something that has been very successful in the past, with hundreds of people of all ages joining a local club as a direct result of the show.

This year, 15 local clubs and organisation took part in the Sports Zone with sports and activities including Dance, Dragon Boat Racing, Martial Arts, Tennis, Athletics to name but a few, not forgetting football obviously, where our Annual Penalty Shoot Out took place.

Thousands of people came along to this year's Worcester Show, the biggest event in the City with Live Bands, The Flower Show in the floral marquee, Dog Show, Vegetable & Fruit, Crafts, Topical talks, KidzZone and much more!! Visit the Worcester Show website for more information!!
